Bio

Jenny L. Doling has been licensed to practice law in California and Nevada for over two decades Her practice focuses solely on bankruptcy, debt relief, and tax resolution. Jenny has filed over 7,000 cases. She has successfully represented clients in numerous important appeals wherein her advocacy has resulted in overturning of lower court rulings. She earned her LL.M. in Taxation at the University of San Diego, School of Law and is admitted to all State and Federal Courts in California and Nevada, as well as the U.S. Tax Court. She is also admitted to the Ninth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeals.

Something Personal

On a personal note, in 2024, Jenny and her husband celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary.  They have two grown children and one grandchild.  Another tidbit you may not know, Jenny loves to ride quads and to wakeboard. Her family enjoys traveling, camping in the winter, and spending time on Lake Havasu in the summer. She’s a lifelong diehard Los Angeles Dodgers fan but and has a soft spot for the San Diego Padres and the Chicago Cubs!
